Help Desk Support
iNFINITE Solutions operates a Help Desk service during business hours, managed by professional, experienced staff and supported by our technical engineering team. Our staff are technical and offer great IT support – they can talk you through problems and can access your systems and often rectify issues right away. They don’t just give you a call number and tell you the next available engineer will call you. They will help you find a solution and will escalate to higher level engineers if required.
There is a fair amount of push in the IT industry toward delivering all services remotely. Remote monitoring of servers, remote control of workstations, off-shore helpdesks – all done without the need for an engineer to ever come to your office.
While we do make the most of remote monitoring and remote control, we also put together a support agreement which involves regular site visits by our engineers. This means that you’ll have a primary contact who will get to know you, get to know your business, and be able to help with everything from IT budgets and long-term planning through to your individual staff members’ requirements and minor issues.
Network Remote Management
iNFINITE install a monitoring agent on all the workstation and server devices within our clients’ IT environment. This enables us to be proactive and track such items as disk space, memory usage, system patch levels and many other items which affect system performance and usability. This means that we can often identify a problem, or potential problem, and be working on it before your staff even notice.
Installations and Upgrades
Our team of senior engineers are highly experienced in installation of new systems – hardware and software – and carrying out upgrades of existing infrastructure. We also have carried out many office moves and telecommunication provider changes and can manage these projects efficiently and with the least impact to your business.

With the volume of equipment, we purchase for ourselves and on behalf of clients we can offer competitive pricing for the purchase of hardware and software for our clients’ IT requirements. Procurement is not only the purchase of equipment but rather the advice on the best equipment at a competitive price. We provide price comparisons from various wholesalers and vendors and where there are volume requirements we would coordinate an RFP.
